Are real estate private auctions an increasingly popular vehicle for buying a house?
Perhaps. In reality, the definition "private" only serves to distinguish them from public auctions, such as judicial ones or for the purpose of divestment by entities.

It is therefore an alternative sales channel to the more traditional ones (such as agencies or other intermediaries) which at this moment arouses great interest thanks to the boom in digital and blockchain technology, which literally exploded during the lockdown period, and to a booming residential market in terms of demand and quotations.
