# Kaaja: proptech, innovation at the service of real estate

In the interview with monitorimmobiliare.it, **Dario Cardile**, CEO and co-founder of Kaaja, highlights the importance of the use of technology in real estate "*to improve the experience of customers who are buyers, sellers or simply brokers, to give a new service, a more efficient and more effective service*".  
   
"Simplify real estate sales by combining technology and qualified real estate professionals, which can make the buying and selling experience accessible, fast and safe. That is what we are aiming to achieve.    
The role of the mediator remains fundamental. The proptech must also provide help to the real estate agent, facilitating the activity thanks to the use of tools that allow him to better support the customer, be it seller or buyer. We think that proptech can benefit all actors in the real estate supply chain"
