Kaaja, in collaboration with Italian Proptech Network, tried to answer this question.   
The points are most critical in buying a property are:

- excessive bureaucracy;
- find the property with the desired characteristics;
- understand whether the real estate agent is reliable and competent;
- lack of basic information.
  
  **Dario Cardile,** CEO and co-founder of Kaaja, says that "*With the introduction of this technology (blockchain), users who buy homes online can verify the authenticity and traceability of information online, consult offers and buy properties safely*".
