Your data will be processed only and exclusively on the basis of the consent expressly given by you when you decide to send your application.
Legitimate interest of the Data Controller
The processing of your data also takes place for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, consisting in the selection of the most suitable and appropriate candidates to fill the job positions offered.

Data transfer to other countries
Your personal data will not be transferred to other countries. Where access is allowed to the aforementioned countries, the most stringent logistical-IT security measures will be adopted to prevent the risk of access to them by unauthorised parties or for purposes other than those referred to in previous point (b).
How long will your data be stored?
The data you provide will be processed and stored for the time strictly necessary for the management of the staff selection process and for the fulfilment of all the obligations deriving from or connected to this relationship.
In any case, no personal data processed will be stored beyond the maximum limit of 10 years.
Rights of the Data Subject
As a Data Subject, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and its correction, deletion, limitation of processing, or to oppose its processing. You also have the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, you can send a specific request to the Data Controller using the contacts above.
Right to revoke consent
You are informed from this point onwards that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness based on the consent given before the revocation.
Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint against the processing or methods of processing of your data with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data, based in Rome, or before the competent judicial authorities.
Obligation to provide data
The provision of your data is optional to participate in the staff selection underway.
However, in the event of failure to provide consent, it will not be possible to complete your application or take part in the selection itself or in further recruitment activities.
